The hotel's amenities include a nice decor and a relatively convenient layout. The proximity to the tram and Oerlikon train station allows for easy access to local attractions and the city center.

Furniture shows signs of wear with noticeable stains, indicating a need for refurbishment. The supposed 'superior' room offers a courtyard view that's actually just an internal parking lot, disappointing. Some rooms have electrical outlets that don't work, and the quality of dinner options is lacking, pushing guests to seek better meals elsewhere.

The place is lovely modern, we did not want to leave there!

The facilities at this hotel are perfect. Its location in Zurich -Close to the station is particularly good and absolutely perfect. At the snack bar they serve FABULOUS food and drinks. Thanks very much, would book again.

It is in comfortable location to Messe Zurich, set 4-6 minutes walking distance from the hotel. It is in a bustling commercial area.

The gym equipment was poorly maintained, but my room was spacious and comfy.

we had well-kept room for additional bed. the service was very good, really enjoyed it.

the entire stay was great.

We settled earlier (at 10-11), which is a definite plus. The room is clean, plenty of light, a large bed, all necessary toiletries except toothpaste and brush. There is a fridge, iron, ironing board, kettle, glasses, TV, tea/coffee. Very convenient location of the hotel - to the railway station Oerlikon 3 minutes on foot past the shopping center Eleven with Coop to go, working from 7:30 (you can take coffee on the road). . After the checkout, I forgot my favorite glasses in my room, and when I personally contacted the hotel reception, they said they had checked the room and couldn't find my glasses. But I decided to write a letter to the hotel administration and about the miracle! The glasses were found =). Thank you so much for your responsiveness!

I had a braw time here, the staff were pure brilliant and the location was cracking—just a seven-minute walk to the Oerlikon train station. Only downside was the cleaning staff kept turning off the electricity, spoiling my food.

Proximity to airport.

Restaurant for breakfast was a free-for all. Not very organised and food wasn't as fresh as it could have been.

The location is pretty good too, easy to get to places. The room was comfy and spacious, we loved it.

the breakfast could have used more options, and the showers were a bit weird with the hot and cold water messing around.
